Xanadu by the Sea is a gated single street of beach style homes. Many of the homes are older wood frame homes. Olympus is a large community around Lake Olympus. They are larger homes on larger lots than most of the beachside homes. Via Del Mar is a section of Jupiter Ocean & Racquet Club consiting of 2 and 3 bedroom homes. Sea Colony consists of 3 bedroom attached homes. Ocean Walk are zero lot line walled homes. Jupiter Key are Key West style homes with a common theme and arcitectural style as is Seaside in Juno Beach..
