Singer Island is located about 10 minutes south of Jupiter and is a barrier island of about 6 miles long. There are two bridges going over to Singer Island. The north bridge takes you into Palm Beach Gardens. Palm Beach Shores sits on the south end of Singer Island which is mostly old Florida style homes but there are a few older condos in the town limits. There is also a marina and restaurant on Singer Island which has a deep inlet out to the ocean. The north end of Singer Island has John D. If you are looking for a less expensive condo then in Jupiter Singer Island is a great choice. There are more condos as well as taller condos on Singer Island. Many of the condos are 15 plus stories with both ocean and Intracoastal views. The north end of Singer Island has condos on the ocean only which allows for the incredible ocean and Intracoastal views. Down towards the south side of Singer Island they are redeveloping the mall which will have restaurants and shopping near the public beach. Some of the Singer Island condos were built in the boom of the real estate market and have come down in price. Singer has more newer condos then any other beach areas. Oceanfront condos start at just above $200,000 with Intracoastal views and go up from there.
