Bella Vista has two sections to the grounds. There are several townhomes called Bella Vista on the Park that sit on Carlin Park facing the heart trail and then there is the single story villas that sit just to the west of the townhomes. The townhomes have 2 bedroom one level first floor units and then larger 3 bedroom upstairs townhomes with two levels and are about 1,700 sq. ft. The villas run 1,500 to 1,650 sq. ft and are wood construction. They are set in pods of 4 units surrounding a small courtyard. There are 34 buildings in the complex. Each has a nice size kitchen with a screened in patio. Split bedrooms and a laundry room.
