Bluffs Ocean South sits on A1A which has 7 buildings overlooking the lake ,pool and ocean. It is one of the better values along the beach with great views and reasonable maintenance. It sits on a large piece of land nearly 27 acres. You get the feeling of a large green space and lake views from all the condos. The tallest condo is 5 stories and the Bluffs is well maintained and close to everything. You have two locked gates at each end of the property for beach access.

Bluffs Ocean South sit off US 1 and face the ocean. There are 7 buildings facing the ocean and are around a lake. The 100 building sits at the north end and they wrap around to the 700 which is the closest building to the beach on the south end. They are 5 stories high with the 5th floor getting incredible ocean and lake views.
There are 6 condos per floor with the elevator opening to the catwalk balconies.
Once inside you have the kitchen as you enter which opens into the living room. The stack bedrooms have the master with a balcony overlooking the ocean. They have a large utility/storage room that I have seen double as
an office or a bunkbed for kids.
