Sea Brook is beach area community of 175 condos in 44 buildings. It is a gated entry into Seabreeze Circle, where the units are nestled among beautiful trees. Within walking distance of the beach, it has a private walkway behind Xanadu By the Sea up to the beach. This complex is located east of US 1, about a half mile south of Indiantown Road.

Most of these units feature a two story design with 2 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, kitchen, and living room. They were built in 1978 and have 1,250 sq. ft. of living area. The bedrooms are upstairs, each with its own private bath. There is a slider from the living room onto the private patio. There are some larger 2 Bd /3 BR units which are about 1,600 sq. ft.
