at the car wash spaces.
The condos are similar to many of the original Burg & Divosta units around Jupiter. There are 4 CBS townhomes in each building. The bedrooms are upstairs and the kitchen and living areas are downstairs.
They have full size washer/dryers in the bathroom downstairs. The kitchen in the typical galley kitchen but many have opened the kitchen up. The fenced in courtyard is great for pets and it is a dog friendly community.
