Beachfront was built in 2007 and rises 19 stories above Singer Island. There is also a shorter building of two story townhomes on the property.
The units are spacious and the largest condo is over 3,100 sq. ft plus an 800 sq. ft balcony. They are all 3 bedroom 3 bath units and are ready for finishing to your taste.
The kitchens are large as is the living area. The master bedrooms are not as sapcious as you would expect in such a large condo. The amenities include 24 hour manned security as well as optional valet and concierge services. There is a fitness room, social room and theater room.
The 01 oceanfront stack is the largest condos in the building with over 3,100 sq. ft of living space and over 800 sq. ft of balocony. As you enter your front door you see a beautiful ocean view through the floor to ceiling sliders and windows. Your kitchen and dining area also have spectacular ocean views. Your private elevator takes you to your condo. You also get some Intracoastal views form about the 8th floor on up. My favorite floors are between 10 and 14 as you get the best views.
The 02 stack is the smallest condo of just over 2,400 sq. ft under air plus two balconies. To appreciate the ocean views from this stack I would recommend you be above the 8th floor so that you can overlook the townhomes next door. You get really nice Intracoastal views from the bedrooms.
The 03 stack features 2,700 sq. ft of living area and three balconies. You will get ocean views from all the condos but like the 02 stack I would recommend you get above the 10 floor to see really spectacular ocean views. Your master bedroom will give you ocean and intracoastal views and the higher the better. The other two bedrooms have incredible Intracoastal views from the room as well as the shared terrace.
Beachfront has an incredible vanishing pool that looks at over the ocean. The only negative to the condo is the beach is small and rocky in front but just to the north you have a nice sandy beach.
