Juno Beach is a small town just south of Jupiter comprising oceanfront condos as well as many homes. Juno Isles is probably one of the most popular developments. Juno Beach condos are tucked along the beach in Juno just south of Juno Pier. Ocean Royale is Juno's crown jewel. The Ocean Royale is the newest condo in Juno Beach overlooking the  pier and just south of Jupiter. The Ocean Royale has incredible amenities and service above all. Don't miss the theater room and fitness center at Ocean Royale. The two towers of Ocean Royale are quite noticable as the large tract of preserve area to the South makes for wonderful ocean and land views.  The condos are angled so you look down the beaches for exquisite ocean and beach views as well as city lights from other condos.
Some other favorite Juno Beach condos are Beachfront, Waterfront, Oceanfront as well as the Surf and Brigadoon. Brigadoon in Juno Beach is very popular as each condo is a corner condo and they are very spacious running 1,700 and 2,000 sq. ft.  All the Juno Beach condos sit on the sand and are a short walk to the Juno Pier where surfers and fishermen enjoy the Juno Pier. Juno Beach has some oceanfront homes that are a must see. 700 Ocean Drive is a small enclave of 10 oceanfront homes here in Juno Beach. Whether you want a condo, townhome or beach home come look in the quaint little town of Juno Beach. Juno Beach has it's own police dept which sits on Pelican Lake which is a favorite spot for walkers. Frenchman's Creek has a beautiful beach club on the sand with a restaurant and pool as well as beach valets and cabanas. It is a unique amenity that no other club offers. Take a look at Frenchman's Creek if you want a country club living with an exquisite beach club.

Some of the finest golf homes can be found here in Jupiter and the surrounding areas including Palm Beach Gardens and Tequesta. Admirals Cove, Jonathans Landing, Jupiter Hills and Frenchmans Creek are just a few country club communities. Palm Beach Gardens has Mirasol, PGA National and Old Palm. Don't miss the Ritz Carlton and the Bears Club here in Jupiter. Possibly the two finest country clubs in the area. Not only do many of the golf communities have golf but a full range of country club activities. Full service marinas, tennis, fitness centers and even a beach club. If you are looking for that country club lifestyle come visit some of Jupiters luxury golf communities. Admirals Cove is probably the most active community with many full time residents. They have homes from 2,000 sq. ft up to 7,500 or larger. Boaters must take a look at the Harbor homes in Admirals. Each comes with  a boat slip that will hold a 30 ft boat and priced around $400,000. Many of the Jupiter golf communities require a mandatory membership and they run $100,000 equity plus your annual dues. Each Jupiter golf community has unique features and aspects of the club. Some are more golf communities while some are more social communities. Each country club has a different and unique feel to it. Admirals Cove just finished a 25 million dollar clubhouse remodel with new pools and facilities. The trend here is younger families, proximity to the Jupiter beaches, great schools and the finest lifestyle you could want in a country club community here in Jupiter. Jonathans Landing is non mandatory membership and has more townhomes and condos than most other clubs. They recently built a new fitness and tennis facility. It is a great club for someone looking to have a country club lifestyle on a budget. Start your search for  Jupiter golf homes online.                                                 Jupiter Condos
Start your search online for a Jupiter condo here online. Here in Jupiter we have condos and townhomes from $100,000 up to the million dollar range. Besides oceanfront condos we have some great Jupiter communities that are walking distance to the beaches. Sea Brook and Jupiter 1 are two such townhomes that may be worth looking at. Both are the typical two story townhomes with a fenced courtyard for privacy as well as a great place to barbecue while on vacation. They range in size from 1,250 to 1,700 sq. ft. Both offer short walks to the beaches of Jupiter and Sea Brook has a private walkway between Ocean Walk and Xanadu by the Sea. Jupiter 1 is one of just a few pet friendly condos that allow large dogs. If you are looking for a single level townhome with a courtyard look at Oceanside Terrace. One of my favorites. If you want a condo lifestyle you may want to look at Jupiter Bay, Ocean Parks or Jupiter Dunes. They are all very affordable condos and all short walks to the beach and shopping. Ocean Parks gives you a big bang for the buck with condos from 1,200 to 2,000 sq. ft starting in the mid $150,000's in original condition. Jupiter Dunes sits behind Ocean Trails and is surrounded by a par 3 - 18 hole golf course. It is walking distance to several Jupiter Parks.  If you are looking for ocean views you may want to look at Ocean Trails or the Bluffs South for less expensive oceanfront condos. Ocean Trails sit on the sand in Jupiter and offer beautiful ocean views with several condos having views of Jupiter Inlet where you can watch the boats go through.Your next jump for an Jupiter oceanfront condo would be Corinthians, Ocean Club or Jupiter by the Sea. The last two have the taller 9 ft. ceilings and offer larger floorplans then the Bluffs or Ocean Trail.  Jupiter By the Sea is a favorite floorplan of mine. The condos run front to back, two condos per floor so they have lots of windows and one building has a beautiful views of Lake Olympus from your West balcony. If you want a  luxury condo, Jupiter Ocean Grande is the newest and finest oceanfront condo here in Jupiter. It offers two fitness centers, club rooms, tennis courts and 24 hour manned security.                                                        Jupiter Homes 

Jupiter has become very popular destination in the past 5 years as the new place to live in Palm Beach County. Jupiter homes for sale has become a popular search term on the internet. The demand for Jupiter homes continues to be strong for several reasons. Jupiter has some great public schools for families with children, more retirees are migrating from South Palm Beach County to a less crowded and better quality of life here in Northern Palm Beach County in the Jupiter-Juno area. Jupiter has done a great job of controlling growth and setting aside vast amounts of land for parks and preserves. The growing demand for Jupiter homes continues to put upward pressure on home prices. Rialto is geared towards families with much larger lots than Abacoa and Jupiter CC is a beautiful Toll Brothers community. Other popular communities are Egret Landing, The Shores, Tequesta Country Club and The Moorings. We even have country living here in Jupiter, Jupiter Farms, Ranch Colony and Palm Beach Country Estates all offer at least an acre of land with horse trails and room to sprawl. The wide water views are spectacular and once you see the wide river views you will see why the demand for these properties are high. Our town is one of only a few towns that offer Jupiter riverfront homes with expansive views unlike the typical canalfront homes most communities offer. 
Pennock Point, Islands of Jupiter and Tequesta Country Club of some of the most popular waterfront communities here in Jupiter. Older homes start at just over a million with newer homes selling for 2 million plus. Once you see the expansive yards and the views with these popular homes you will be hooked. Minutes to Jupiter Inlet and all the finest boating in Palm Beach County. Boaters who want the best you have to look at the Riverfront homes here in Jupiter and Tequesta.
                                                     Abacoa

Jupiter is a quaint little town that has many parks and preserve as well as beaches that make Jupiter a great place to call home. Don't forget to visit Abacoa, home of FAU, the St. Louis Cardinals and a downtown that has shopping, restaurants and night hot spots. Abacoa has it's own golf course as well as schools that are inside the community. Abacoa is now home to Scripps Research and Max Plank Research facilities. Abacoa has townhomes and single famiy homes. Valencia in Abacoa is the premier luxury community with custom homes ranging from 3,000 to 4,000 sq. ft. These custom built homes are by far the finest inside Abacoa.
Don't forget the Island in Abacoa, built around the Abacoa golf course many back up to the golf course and have beautiful fairway views. Newhaven is another popular Abacoa community with  a New England style that appeals to many northerners. Abacoa homes in Jupiter are popular among families as wellas snowbirds. Next to Egret Landing Abacoa is probably one of the most kid friendly neighborhoods in Jupiter.
                                            Jupiter Island Condos


Jupiter Island is known for expensive homes and quiet lifestyles of some very wealthy families. The south end of Jupiter Island has the small beachside town of Jupiter Inlet Colony. This older community is much like old Florida with quiet little streets and walkways to the beach. Several homes sit on the Intracoastal and the Jupiter Inlet and a few have oceanfront homesites. Beach lovers will enjoy your near private beach and quaint little streets inside this beachfront community. You will notice condos along the south end of Jupiter Island and the narrow strip where it seems like the Intracoastal will meet the ocean. The premier luxury condos on Jupiter Island are the Claridge and the Carlyle. The boutique buildings are just like the island. Beautiful but not flashy. Many of the island condos have both Intracoastal and ocean views from their units.
 
Juno Beach sits just south of Jupiter and has many parks and preserve areas thereby limiting real estate development. Juno Isle is probably the single best deal in Juno Beach.
 
Down the street from Abacoa is the new Downtown at the Gardens. Similar to City Place for the north end of Palm Beach County. It consists of high end shops, restaurants,movies and art galleries. Downtown at the Gardens will bring new and exciting places to spend your evenings at. Whole Foods is one of the anchors in the Gardens. Legends at the Gardens is a short walk away. These new condos are not just a condo but a lifestyle that has come to the Gardens and just minutes away from Jupiter.

The Ritz offers the finest amenities you would expect from a condo that bears the name.
